A brisk sail north to Manjack Bay – at almost 7 knots.
We drop the anchor and then it’s off in the dinghy to explore. First some shallow waterways through the mangroves.
Where we find turtles.
Lots of turtles.
Then we drag the dinghy up on the beach. And go for a walk.
Here’s a conch.
And a crab.
And more beach.
The outer reefs of the ocean side.
Beautiful.
Tide pools.
Lots of sea stars.
We’re photographing sea stars when this shark passes about 20 feet from the dinghy. The camera only picks up its shadow.
We enjoy a hearty dinner and then a sunset.
Beautiful.
I love the colors…. especially the water. Beautiful.
So fun in a beautiful place!
