The kind of day that reminds us how lucky we are to be here. A perfect day in paradise and we’re walking the beach. There’s barely a ripple on the Sea of Abaco.
The Atlantic Ocean side has lazy waves, gently breaking on the beach.
Flowers are in bloom in the settlement
And the sidewalks look like travel posters.
We stop for conch fritters on the deck of Cap’n Jack’s, overlooking the lighthouse.
The sun sets, leaving the harbor almost like glass. So flat.
Saturday night we’re expecting near gale force winds, up to 30 knots. With cooler temperatures and a steady 20 through Monday and Tuesday (no snow).
Rock and roll. But today was perfect and we loved it.
